For orders over £100 to UK mainland destinations delivery is free. It takes between 5 and 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) using a courier service (Parcel Force or equivalent). However, please allow up to 10 working days.
For orders less than £100 to UK mainland destinations a small delivery charge will apply, based on the number of items in the cart. This will be calculated at the checkout stage.
For UK island deliveries, e.g. Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Isles of Scilly a delivery charge and courier surcharge will apply. This will be calculated and added at checkout.

We are unable to deliver outside of Europe.
We try to photograph the lights and shades as accurately as possible but we recognise that different screen technologies can display them with subtly different hues and textures. Additionally, our range of shades are covered in translucent handmade papers. The papers, imported from Nepal and Thailand, complement the natural sophistication of the woods using petals, leaves and lokta fibres in a soft palette of colours. By their very nature these have considerable variability in thickness, colour and texture. They are not screen printed onto stock paper.

If you change your mind about a purchase made within 14 days after the date of delivery we will give you a full refund of the original purchase price including the cost of the delivery charge (if any) on return of the items. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost of returning the items to us.
All goods returned must be undamaged, in their original condition and preferably in the original packaging. The items remain your responsibility until they are safely received by us.
If the item you purchased is faulty, damaged or does not work properly we will refund the cost of purchase and delivery (if any), including the cost of returning the item to us.
Our lights and shades come with a 2 year warranty from delivery, although the timber bases should last a lifetime if cared for as defined in our aftercare page.
